Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty days, either party may pursue its remedies in accordance with this section.
Entire Agreement: These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable service agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and BFD Properties, LLC regarding the use of the bfdhomes.buzz website and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, with respect to the subject matter hereof.

Force Majeure: BFD Properties, LLC shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms of Service if such delay or failure results from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, governmental action, internet or telecommunications outages, or supply chain disruptions.
Relationship of the Parties: Nothing in these Terms of Service shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between you and BFD Properties, LLC. BFD Homes is an independent contractor in all engagements, and neither party has the authority to bind the other or incur obligations on the other's behalf.
Headings and Interpretation: The section headings in these Terms of Service are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of any provision. The use of the term including shall be deemed to mean including without limitation.
